I have been trying to follow the instructions on this forum on uninstalling Adobe products on a Mac OS X (found here: ) but when I go to Applications and choose Adobe Acrobat Pro, for example, I do not have the option of selecting the uninstaller, rather a pop up for Creative Cloud shows up on the screen and says 'Renew Your Subscription'. When I log in to Creative Cloud, I still do not have the option to uninstall, only the option to pay for another subscription. I want to just get rid of all the Adobe products since I am not going to pay for another year of Adobe as it is not worth the money. How do I go about this? When you try to install a Digital Publishing Suite (for InDesign 6.x) or Folio Producer tools (InDesign 5.0, 5.5), the installer reports the following error:

Or, when you try to use the Preview on Desktop feature from the Folio Builder panel, the following error appears
An error has occurred while generating folio preview. Could not find the Adobe® Content Viewer.
Solution 1: Manually install the Desktop Content Viewer
Note:
Test the Preview on Desktop feature from the Folio Builder panel to see if it is working. If it fails, you receive the following error:
An error has occurred while generating folio preview. Could not find the Adobe® Content Viewer.
Proceed with the next solution, 'Correct folder permissions.'
Choose the subsection for your operating system, and follow its steps in order.
Note:
If the Preview on Desktop still fails after correcting the folder permissions, repeat Solution 1.
Folder permissions configurations are often the root cause of problems related to installing or launching an application.
